2. Attach a photocopy of either your passport or driving licence.
3. Attach a recent passport size photograph
4. Attach a cheque for £55 payable to ‘Sikh Student’
5. Send all four things to Sikh Student Camp:
   PO Box 950,
   Wembley
   HA0 9ET
6. Smile and wait for your confirmation email!

We’ll need the application before the 1st of August! So get it in to us ASAP!
